Bilingual Inside Sales Associate - Compensation: $36,500 yearly in Faribault, Minnesota

An established company in Cannon Falls is looking for an inside sales representative to sell letter products and provide technical sales support to a broad base of customers to achieve and exceed departmental sales objectives in support of company letter products goals.
Provide custom quotations for all non-standard product requests in a timely manner.
? Increase sales by proactively providing alternative product offerings or solutions to external customers as appropriate.
? Multi-task to perform daily inside sales work (answer phone calls, enter orders, provide technical advice on letter related issues, etc.).
? Be a technical resource (i.e., style, size, application, mounting, etc.) and product specialist for a broad range of internal and external customers with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
? Be an intermediary/liaison for internal customers (i.e., production, accounting, leader team, etc.) to resolve conflicts, solve problems, clarify requirements and negotiate resolutions with external customers (including issuing credits or other compensation).
? Participate on and contribute to a multi-tasking sales team to meet or exceed budget goals.
? Delegate and manage routine (standard) order requests and quotations for processing by support personnel.
? Maintain an exemplary customer service/problem solving attitude and handle difficult customer situations to their satisfaction. Escalate when necessary.
? Attend trade shows, travel to customer locations with Technical Field Specialists, and obtain continuous technical education attend by attending classes/seminars and visit manufacturing locations.
? Supervise daily activities of OE (order entry, quotations, credits, answering of phone calls, etc.) and help coordinate maintenance of customer and part masters.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales, customer service, or equivalent.
2. Bachelors Degree from a four (4) year college.
3. Above average skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and customer service.
4. Good mechanical aptitude and abilities required.
5. Well organized, with good numerical skills and a familiarity with computer data base usage and Internet file transfer.
6. Ability to handle high volume of incoming calls, manage workflow, and deal with problem customers as required.
